Waterside Condo

We are selling our home of 18 years to go cruising. It is the most enjoyable home in which we have lived. Below are a few photos to give you an idea of what it is like in the event you are interested in condo living on the waterfront here in Oak Harbor. When I say waterfront, I mean right on water's edge.

We have fantastic views to the east (marina and mountains), south (Saratoga Passage frames Mount Rainier) and west (more mountains and Blower's Bluff). All of Oak Harbor Bay lays in front of us with birds and boat traffic for fun watching.

We developed and built Waterside Condominium starting in 1985 and picked this unit from the very beginning for its privacy, views and over 2200 square feet. We put in many features such as skylights, custom woodwork, custom cabinets throughout, large utility/hobby room with his and hers work areas, two-seater Jacuzzi in Master Bath, built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator in kitchen, whole home fan to cool the attic area and pull cool air throughout the living areas eliminates the need for occasional air conditioning, large heated shop with single garage door in addition to large two-car garage adjoining with interconnecting door.

It has been our favorite home for the past 18 years, but we plan on cruising our boat, Dreamer, in southern waters for the years to come, so we decided to sell and move on with the next phase of our lives.
